TWL Sales is an enterprise Sales Force Automation (SFA) application designed to help field representatives manage attendance, record customer visits, capture orders, monitor sales activities, and improve operational efficiency.

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Location Data

The Application requires access to location services to support attendance verification and customer visit validation.

• What we collect: Precise GPS and approximate location data.
• Purpose: To verify attendance check-ins and check-outs, validate customer visits, and confirm field activity locations.
• Collection Timing: Location data is collected only while the application is actively used in the foreground.
• No Background Tracking: The Application does not continuously track users in the background or outside working activities.

B. Camera Access

The Application may require access to your device camera.

• What we collect: Selfies, photographs, and visit-related images.
• Purpose: Attendance verification, customer visit documentation, and activity reporting.

C. Storage / Device Files

The Application may access device storage.

• Purpose: To store temporary application data, cache offline records, and allow users to upload images and supporting documents.

D. User Accounts and Credentials

We collect authentication information such as username, email address, employee identification details, and related account information provided by your employer.

User passwords are securely encrypted and protected using industry-standard security practices. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

2. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information to third parties.

• Employer Access: Attendance records, visit details, location information, validation photos, and order information are available to authorized administrators of the subscribing organization.
• Service Providers: We may use trusted cloud hosting, storage, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers for operating and maintaining the Application.
• Legal Requirements: Information may be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental authority.

3. Data Retention and Security

We take the security of your information seriously. All communication between the Application and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

Information is stored in secure environments protected by technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Data is retained for as long as your account remains active under your employer's subscription or as required by applicable laws, regulations, and business policies.

By using the Application and granting requested permissions (Location, Camera, and Storage), you consent to the collection and processing of information described in this Privacy Policy.

You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. However, disabling certain permissions may limit or prevent access to some Application features.
